Festival management
StageFlow takes a performing-arts festival from registration through scheduling, adjudication and certificates. Music and dance run on one schedule, under your festival's own name and colours.
Try the demo Talk to usThe demo uses a fictional festival. Nothing you do there is sent to anyone.
The pieces a festival needs, working together instead of in six spreadsheets.
Teachers, parents and the public register through forms built from your own syllabus. Age categories, entry limits and late fees follow your rules, and prices are always worked out on the server.
A schedule board with clash checks, adjudication blocks, lunch and breaks, and masterclass sessions. When someone drops out, the schedule closes the gap.
Adjudicators and clerks see only their own classes. Notes save as they type, marks are recorded, and award levels, placements and reports come from your syllabus.
Print certificates in schedule order for the adjudicator to mark, or send digital certificates with the award and mark after results are released.
Dancers upload their music, and the sound technician gets it numbered in running order. Dance routines carry stage details, group ages and studios.
Administrators, discipline captains, teachers, parents, adjudicators, clerks and volunteers each see only what they need.
Every festival's information is locked down by default and checked on the server, never trusted to the browser.
Each festival's data is kept apart from every other festival's. One festival can never see another's.
Administrators, captains, teachers, parents, adjudicators, clerks and volunteers each see only what their role needs. Access is denied unless a rule allows it.
Entries are validated and prices are calculated on the server, so a changed web page can't change what someone is charged.
An audit log records who changed what. Deleting an entry is a withdrawal that can be restored, not a disappearance.
Point-in-time recovery for a full week, daily backups kept for 28 days, and delete protection on the database.
Data is stored in Montréal on Google Cloud. Uploaded files, such as music, sit in private storage that is never public.
Public registration pages have spam traps, rate limits and a review queue, so nothing enters your records unchecked.
